Reason:

The Collaboration Manager creates site collections on the SharePoint standard functionality.

If not automatic database generation of the Collaboration Manager is used, the default content database of SharePoint can be used. In this case, the maximum number of site collections of all content databases is reached. This means that no more work areas are created.

Solution:

To solve this problem there are two variants available. It can on the one hand be increased in the content database, the number of site collections, on the other hand, a new content database can be created.

Increasing the number of site collections within the content database

Go in the Central Administration and select the item "Application Management" from. Then select under Databases "Manage content databases" from.

Check the number of site collections created with the maximum number of site collection , which may be created in the database .

Select the database that has reached the maximum number of site collections.

1.Increase the value of " Maximum number of sites did can be created in this databse ".

Save dialogue .

2.Creating a new content database

Go in the Central Administration and select the item " Application Management" from . Then select under Databases " Manage content databases " from .

Press the button " Add a content database " .

Select the Web application , in the Collaboration Manager is enabled .
Enter the database name and set the value at " Maximum number of sites did can be created in this " database ."

Subsequently, the generation of work areas had to work again .
