Templates cannot be created - Access denied

Problem:

You will create a Template and you get an error like

"Solutions2Share.Solutions.CollaborationManager.Pages.CreateTemplate.btnOK_onClick: Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED))   ExceptionType: 'FaultException`1'   ExceptionMessage: 'Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED))'"

Reason:

The CM application is using an account which is not authorized to use the Collaboration Manager

Solution:

Go to your Central Administration, click on "Security" -> "configure service accounts". Choose the CM-Application and change the account to the Farm-Account. Then press "Ok".
