Item Permissions

1. If you want to have custom permissions for your workspace items select  the "Collaboration Manager 365" hyperlink in the left navigation.



2. Select "Settings".




3. Press the hyperlink "Permissions"


4. Select "Workspace Item Permission".




5.1 You can deactivate the item permissions with this button

5.2 To add a mapping, please press the button





6. Select the field and tset the permission and press the "add"-button.




7. The mapping is created. Afterwards your workspace items get custom permission after being added or updated.
