Installation of Teams Manager (and any product implemented with ChatBot)
Some of our products have implemented a ChatBot that interacts with the user. This interaction already starts when the product is installed in the tenant.
How to do it
If your tenant has chat turned off in the Teams Admin Center via the Messaging Policy. This setting must be undone before the Teams Manager or another app with ChatBot is installed, otherwise an error will occur and the app will not be installed.

The setting should be turned on for chat, as shown in the picture.
