Collaboration Manager Service is not available

Collaboration Manager Service is not available


Problem:


At “Services on Server” there is no service with the name “CollaborationManager Service”.


Reason:

  1. Deployment Error on the installation process
  2. Added a new server to the farm

Solution:

The Collaboration Manager Service will be registered by activating the hiddn Collaboration Manager Farm Feature.
To reregister the service you have to perform these commands in the SharePoint PowerShell:

  1. disable-spfeature -identity c04d63d6-4742-4af6-bfe5-f538d8373b67
  2. enable-spfeature -identity c04d63d6-4742-4af6-bfe5-f538d8373b67
