Ursache:
Im AppPool des Collaboration Managers ist ein User hinterlegt, der nicht genug Rechte hat, um auf die Contentdatenbank zuzugreifen.
Lösung:
Tauschen Sie den User durch einen anderen Benutzer aus oder berechtigen Sie den eingetragenen User mit den nötigen Rechten auf dem SQL Server.
